Nik Wald enters his sixth season with the Timbers organization in 2012. He served as the club's head athletic trainer for the past five seasons, including seasons when the Timbers competed as a second-division side. A native of Eugene, Ore., Wald graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in exercise and movement science in 2003. Wald lives in Portland with his wife, Stacie, and son, Chase
